    are you getting enough iron and calcium ?

    I was browsing through Choice website today and they have a short easy quiz to see if you are getting enough iron and another for calcium - just something to do if you are bored -

    I wasn't getting any where near enough iron. Lucky i am taking a supplement

    Thanks for that Trish - I`m not getting enough of either - Iron intake was 17% and Calcium only 3%.

    I must remember to take my Calcium tablets daily, it`s something I forget.
