Another little teething monster here. Either that or he's coming down with something. He CRIED when I left him at daycare today, was absolutely heartbreaking and I feel like an awful, awful mother. But I just rang to check on him recently - they said he's much happier, however he is quite clammy so they have him just about undressed. I do hope he's not getting sick!

As for subsequent children... Surprise miracles are completely off the agenda here. Not only is it pretty impossible with both my infertility and DH's infertility, but I needed three different drugs to stay pregnant and I'm not on any of them now. I'm also on heavy-duty drugs for my arthritis which are category X, so even though we're both essentially infertile, my specialist has insisted that I'm on the pill while I take it. We have two frosties, and I can see us using them eventually, but not for another year at least. Further stim cycles are completely off the agenda as well. I have had OHSS very badly twice, and I'm not going to take that risk when I've got a child to care for. Considering our defrost statistics (only 4 of 11 blasts) and miscarriage rates, I honestly think Sam will be an only child - but that's ok because he's more than we thought we'd ever have!

At work today... supposed to be working, so best get back to it.
