as for the boobies hun i have always been told DO NOT EXPRESS your milk as your trying to get them to dry up ,i was told wear a very tight bra try not to let hot water run on them in the shower and to drink coffee aparently coffee halps dry up milk ? worked for me anyway lol.. but if you keep expressing the milk will keep building up again
