Smithy Thanks, I think it's the ruitine changes that are the hardest. One moment it's this then it's totally different. Learning to go with the flow. BW yep I second the diagnosis but that means no dairy still for now. will have to do some more reading on it. I'm going to get a prescription from my pead. I took Metmorphine for PCOS. haven't gone back on it, just go slow on the dose it can be a bit explosive. hope your night was beta
Grub he was great last night, he's sleeping on his side. I know I know not good but it's working, I have wedges and check him but same thing 7pm feed sleep on me then down till 11pm then 3am then 6am No sling to settle just burp for 10mins and he was out like a light. Not holding my breath but fingers crossed.

ATM Linc is getting more settled no sling at night to settle just bottle burp nappy burb sleep. I did leave him on his back for a bit long last night and up came a feed but I know now to only help him with wind when he's sitting up after a feed. Oh well it's all learning.
I had a big BLOW UP at DH yesterday. I lost it with him cos I rang and he was drinking and having a great time and when he hung up he didn't say love you. I was so annoyed I'm ok with the working on his house but not the party. We spoke afer and it wasn't an organised gathering so I'm ok and he's coming home a day early which is good, My mum did her back and can't even lift Linc so really no help. I'm so ready for someone to take over for a couple of feeds and let me sleep. DH has been warned to be ready to land and be hands on right away. he did say he is so nervous with him cos he's so small. i said the only way to get over that is to spend time with him. So hopefully my blow up soaks in sometimes it's needed.
Oh good Green, yes, sometimes that is needed. Dads often feel that way, but they're only going to get better with practice!

I soooo wanted to sleep when DS had his nap today. But unfortunately he's decided he does not want a nap today. Sigh. The bright side is that he should be in bed early.
Wow Smithy, congrats to you on becoming a nan - and congrats to your daughter. Hope she and bub continue to be well and she loves being a mummy too.

Kelly - 5 months, yes time does fly, and don't you just love them so much. I love getting more and more back from them as they get older. Smiles, cuddles, kisses.
Green - yup, tell him to get stuck in and he'll be fine. My DH had to look after DS1 at 5 weeks as i ended up in hospital unexpectedly for a few days. He learnt VERY quickly!! Funnily enough, he co-slept all 4 nights...something he had previously thought was too dangerous.
Go to bed early marcellus..although it's a friday night...didn't that used to be party night when we were footloose and fancy free
DS1 had a fever from 8pm last night that has come and gone and come again. I have managed to get him into the dr at 7pm - just hope DH will be home in time so that I don't have to take DS2 as well. I've never seen him so sad and lethargic. He never watches tv for more than 20mins, but all he wants to do is sit lie down on the floor and so I've got the tv on for him. He's ok, but there must be something wrong. My poor big baby.
Lenny I had to chuckle at your DH and the co sleeping my DH was the first to try it in our house too. Instincts kick in eventually with DH's how DS1 is AOK

Marcellus hope you get a good night sleep instead. I've given up napping cos DS wakes, and today little bugga slept from 2pm and is still down at 5.30pm! Only 3 dummy replaces early on. Hope he sleeps as good as last night tonight
Just popped back in for a bottle q? Linc is looking for more food, not suposed to till 8 weeks but whateva. When do you go to a bigger bottle? not sure if I should persist with the smaller ones and offer a top up at the end for now. Cos it's not every feed. I'm using glass and putting off buying the big ones $$$$$$ especially since I've only just started using the small ones.
Green: Take Linc's queues, if he wants more then offer it to him. The tin details are only a guideline and Tara was always having bigger bottles than recommended. The tin says she should only now be having 250ml bottles but she has been having 240ml's for around 2 1/2 months, it also says she should be having 4-5 feeds a day but she generally only has 3 sometimes 4, with the 4th being a small bottle only. Trust me Linc will guide you on how much he wants and how freqently as well. Remember that when they are due for a growth spurt he will want to feed more and more often.
