Neptune, I need to give my notice to work too, and am having the same dilemma.

My ob says recommends women with twins stop working at 28 weeks. That feels SO early to me, but I'm not there yet, so I don't know how I'm going to be coping at that stage. He said twins on average come at 35 weeks, so I was thinking of stopping around 32 weeks and perhaps working the last few weeks from home (I have an office job, so thankfully have that option available to me).

The other complicating factor is that my office is up 3 flights up stairs from the street, and the loo is a further two flights up, and we have no elevator. I'm already getting puffed doing that walk countless times each day!

Then there's the money to consider. All so difficult! But I have to make a decision this weekend, so I will let you know what I decide to do!
