Just had to pop on and say
WE FOUND ANOTHER HOUSE!!
Just when I was fed up with finding nothing and feeling extremely "woe is me" about the whole thing.. My GF rang me and told me there was a nice place down the rd from us going.. (not where we are trying to find a place, but still a can do if the house itself is good enough)
Well it is DEFINATELY good enough! It ticked every damn box I had in my mind! Fully fenced, close to the shops (walking distance) Pets A OK! 3 bedrooms, nice entertaining area, rumpus room, double lock up garage! Its better then perfect, everything I wanted plus extras! And its even cheaper then we were willing to pay!
I looked at the pictures and they are all great! Oh please oh please let this be the one The landlord was extra nice on the phone and told me he could send me applications now so I can just hand them in on the inspection instead of having to run around like a headless chicken trying to organise everything in time! AND the inspection day is a day my DH can come with me.. This is almost to good to be true.. Please everyone cross your fingers and toes (and grub your legs till DH gets home so u dnt go too soon hehe) that we get this place and can fineally settle in!
AND its available now so we'll be able to move in before christmas! *faints lol
