Thank you all so much for the warm welcome. I kind of feel like i dont really belong here just yet as its still so early but im enjoying reading all your posts and being reminded of what i have to look forward to

Saph five days left of work, sounds like heaven!

Rob best of luck with your u/s next Friday. You are luck you get to see your baby that soon. I still have to wait another three weeks (30th Dec).

Kyra best of luck with your scan tomorrow. Im sure all will be fine. I guess having been through assisted conception, our job is to worry every step of the way isnt it?! Oh well. All the stress and worry will continue once they arrive and for the rest of their long lives. This is all just preparation

Bella: Congrats on the arrival of your two gorgeous boys, glad to hear they are settling well.
Grub: Sending eviction vibes your way hoping you get to hold your beautiful boy in your arms very soon.
Greenslaw, BOC, Smithy: Glad to hear all is going well for you ladies
Anyos, Paula, Rob: Welcome and Congrats wishing you all a H&H pregnancy
Sonyalouise: Hoping you find out how far along you are soon
Londonmiss: I am not as far along as you but I have found I get tired about 1/2 way through the day and then of a night time it is taking me a good couple of hours to get to sleep it is sending me absolutly crazy lol
Poppyfairy: Sorry to hear about all your family dramas, hope everything smooths out for you soon so you can concetrat on yourself and your baby
Airline: Hoping you geting to see that little heartbeat tomorrow. I can't say much bout symptoms seen as I am onlyy 5 weeks all I have had so far is slight tenderness in my bb's and tiredness. Sending lots of stickvibes your way and praying everything will be ok for you.

AFM: Rang the doctor this morning to see if she had the results from saturday and Mondays blood tests and was told they only have saturdays so she can't check the rise in my BHCG till she gets the ones from monday which she won't get till tonight so I have been told to ring back tomorrow afternoon, also still haven't been able to get through to make an appointment for the scan I was ment to have this week as I was only given a mobile number and everytime I ring it tells me it is switched off. It is all becoming very frustrating however I am trying not to get too upset by it all as I know that won't help any. As of sunday the cramping had stopped and by early monday morning the bleeding had stopped also so I am taking those as good signs that bub is hanging in there although I am still experiancing brown spotting but everything I have read on the internet has said that it is not uncommon to still experiance that sort of thing this early in the pregnancy so I am just thinking positive and hoping it all works out.

OK take two , got 1/2 way through this post at work like 12 hours ago and got sidetracked. Dam staff, clients meetings!

Airline: goodluck with your scan I didn't have a scan till 8 weeks and it was internal ICK I also have a tilted uterus and yep its harder to see things but still carries bubba fine

Thanks for your shared laughter Smithy. It's getting radiculous. I have hot flush then dizzy. Funny bodies we have hay.

sonyalouise the reason I love craft is that it takes my mind off things. I'm not a patient person AT ALL so busy hands mean less on my brain.

    Paula welcome and congrats.

Kaydee glad your family is going well

Saph I bet you were glad no one saw you. although you have plenty of excuses.

BOC hehe at mum being imbarassed, and great that your belly is doing some redecorating of it's own in stors, displays are poorly constructed at best! Yayay for got. and I wonder if you'd been in your undies when the tradsman arived you may have got a discount

Grub I reccon the tummy food issue is good practice for small children. I seam to always splash myself when doing the dishes. Hope the visualisations and relaxation works.

Laniwantsababy I just had this visual of a very pg lady madly bouncing 3ft off a fit ball saying "common" hope bubba feels your vibe and follows through.

Rob I hope you can keep patient I know the first few weeks are hard. Hang in there.

    LondonMiss glad scan went well

kyrawolfe goodluck for the scan tommorrow it is scary but also so exciting. Enjoy every minute. Oh and guess the universe finally delivered a house. great work.

Wishingbaby that is so disapointing and I am so sorry for your sadness.

ATM antinatal classes are making me think toooooo much, hence the no sleep. Today we went through birth possitions and pain relief. I think I already have an idea of what I want and DON'T and the more I see read hear the more confused I get.

There is something very impersonal about 15 couples all in a room watching a midwife dismantal the birthing bed and show you possible possitions. at first I was giggling "on the inside" but by the end it was like "OMG is she for real I'm not going to remember this" and it is up to me. So being that it is 7pm-9.30pm and DH and I are so tired anyways I'm wondering what will be covered in the last two and if it's even worth my time.

DH is being very supportive and is very clear on what I don't want. No pethadine and no suction caps! but apart from that I don't really want to have a 'fixed view' because after all this is the first time I've done this, I think my pain threshold is high to Ok but who knows.

Anythougts from others re classes? worth it or not?

Hi all - sorry to just jump in here, but Paula - how did I miss this announcement yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!

I am so excited for you. Your numbers look great - mine were 480 at my first BT when I fell pregnant with Jasmine, so they are almost identical!!!!!

OMG, OMG, OMG!!!! I am just so excited for you.

To all you other ladies with recent BFP's a big congrats to you and wishing you all H&H pregnancies. To all your ladies further along, I hope everything is going well.

AFU - my little one now has 3 teeth and is crawling everywhere and pulling herself up to standing on everything. I goes so quickly so enjoy every moment of pregnancy and when they are little.

    Janie and Jasmine xxx

wishing baby, I'm so sorry to hear that. I think the hardest thing after LTTTC is to finally get that BFP only to have it leave you. The only consoling that that anyone told me after mine, was that once your body has got pregnant once, it's easier to do so again, so hopefully it won't be long until we see you in here once again. Big hugs x

Wishingbaby I totally agree with the advice Londonmiss has given once your body does it once another shouldn't be far away.

Take your time to heal. Thinking of you

wishing baby, sending you hugs love. i'm really sad to hear this one wasn't to be. But it did make me remember that we had the same thing last year, nearly to the date! a longed for BFP just before chrissy... and when it wasn't it hurt very bad. But i hope you can pick yourself up and find some joy over this festive season. good luck honey.

kyra- CONGRATS on the house love!!! that's just the best news!

Janie - i can't believe your little jasmine is 8 mths old!!! lol where did the time go?

Green - don't worry too much about trying to retain all that info. they'll guide you on the day and DH will probably remember more than you think We are the same re pethadine... that's the only thing i'm kaputing. Everything else is fair game... but last resort. I found the pain relief session only strengthened my desire for a natural birth as possible lol.

lani - any luck with the bouncing? i bounced half my day away.. didn't seemed to hve doen anything.

hi poppy hope you are well.

Mitf - where are you love?

g'days to Boc, LM, Rob, Seph, Saph, sonyalouise, paula and high pants and all the lurkers

have ob appnt today. Am feeling very down about this baby ever coming atm. Swelling was very bad yesterday and very painful but i did manage to get a lion and two fish painted lol. DH home for 2 days He told me last night while rubbing my back that it felt "eewww weird'' cos of the fluid i'm retaining... lol. then said "it feels like the bottom on your feet, but on your back'' hhhhmmm and tell me again, we keep these men around why? but slept like a log, bubba very quiet this morning so maybe that's a good thing. who freaking knows at this stage tho!

wishingbaby im so sorry. No words can heal the pain. I hope you are ok.
Kyra well done on getting the house. What a relief that must be. Cant wait to hear all about your scan today. Good luck.
Rob very exciting that you get to see your bub in just 5 days.
Janie thank you thank you thank you! Its been a long time coming, as you know but we have finally been blessed So i guess my numbers are a good sign if they were the numbers you had and now have a beautiful baby girl. Yay! Thanks again for popping xx
Grub you poor thing. Hope the pain eases. Good luck with your appointment today.

Not much happening here. Just waiting patiently for my scan. 21 sleeps to go. Geez that sounds like ages away. Oh well it will be worth the wait.

Just had a quick question, did many of you ladies have a follow up BT to check HCG levels after your BFP? I havent been asked to go back at any point to check on them so a little concerned. Should i be doing HPT every week to make sure all is still well?
