M2C- I really hope things are OK...what an awful time you've been going through... my thoughts go to you. You FS does not sound at all understanding which must add to the stress. As for the ectopic...I really hope not. (you can have a sac in your uterus and have an ectopic, but usually there is a lot of pain and cramping with an ectopic).
I hope it was just too early to see anything at the scan. and everything comes up just fine
