HM - I agree with Megan. Although I didn't have MS and my boobs were only sore on and off during the first tri - I did feel a massive change in my energy levels around the 10 - 14 week mark. I stopped needed a sleep in the middle of the day and could manage to stay up past 8pm. Personally, I'm too much of a control freak to have not POAS or had a BT or anything, but hey that's me. I was going to say that POAS is not a terrible idea if it will set your mind at ease - I don't think it means you have any less faith in your own body, but for me seeing the 2 lines just made it seem more real (I didn't POAS until around 5 days after the clinic told me that my results were positive and I'd had 2 more BT's in between).

Any-hoo: Welcome to Mel and Welcome back to Possums. Even MORE ladies to keep up with - NOT that I am complaining. Hi and happy holidays to everyone else.

AFM: DH had his Chrimbo work party last night - I woke up at midnight and he wasn;t there and I thought ah well, he deserves to cut loose considering how good he has been since the BFP. Then woke up at 3am and he still wasn't home and I thought - sh*t something has happened he knows we are heading to Canberra tomorrow. I call and he is walking home - he fell asleep at our friends house up the road at around midnight and had just woke up and was half way home. Thanks to the initial panic I couldn't get back to sleep. Considered logging on and doing some work hahahahahha.

So, I was up at 5.50 - showered and logged on to work from home (THANK GOD - I didn't have to face the city today). Looking forward to the busy 3.5 hour drive to Canberra later today - NOT.

Oh well, I am very much looking forward to Christmas so it'll all be good once we get there.

Take it easy on the roads if you are travelling.....
