Ooooooohhhhhhh - what a cutie!!!!!! Sush he's gorgeous - you must be so proud.
Awww Sush honey he is adorable, in tears here looking at his little face  ok so I am a 'bit' emotional today!!
Glad to have you back & can't believe he is finally here :flower:
Sushee - Charlie is so cute and you are amazing home after 2 days =D>
LOL lots of us predicted wrong - did you know at all ?
aw sush he's gorgeous!
Sush, He's beautiful!!!
AWWWW makes me feel all clucky!
Hi Sal :smt039
Happy birthday Sal & Kelly (BB) and you might share it with Ryan - still checking for any news
Sushee - He certainly is a beautiful baby, he looks like a little cherub in the photo, you must be so thrilled and proud!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wow to being able to jump on the computer already too, you go girl!!!!
Hi Lovelies, and thank you all so much for your good wishes. HUGE thanks to Hayseed for keeping everyone posted ... it is so much appreciated.
Congratulations also to Sush on the arrival of her little man! Beautiful name you have chosen ... and what a surprise after I'd convinced myself you were having a girl! Wonderful photo ... he looks marvellous. You're a legend!
Shazz, how are you going? I'm looking forward to hearing good news soon.
I was discharged from hospital yesterday. Still trying to get breastfeeding established with WM. He has been supplemented from early on with formula because he was so large and extremely hungry and I just couldn't produce enough to keep him going. Am very happy with him and love him to bits but have been very anxious about the BF ... trying not to worry and just enjoy him.
Will be back later to post about the birth when I get organised. Luckily Mum is here to help out! DH has some good photos ... some of them are of me on drugs so I will post them for your amusement. =)
Hope you are all well and thanks again.
Love,
Mel
PS: I notice Pusster has risen again over Easter. Very symbolic, don't you think? =)
Mel - you are amazing too to be up and about - can't wait to see William's photos bet he is every bit as gorgeous as Charlie
Sush - Charlie is ADORABLE! You are one very lucky mummy ;) Cant wait to see more and hear about everything.
Mel - Cant wait to see some piccies of William... take care of you, remember you are a good mum and enjoy, sweetheart!
Shazz.... any news??
Fingers crossed and it wont be long until Im in here permanently guys.... :crossfingers:
Hello Mel  so nice to hear from you. Glad you are home & settling in well. I am sure you are doing a wonderful job with the BF. Can't wait to see WM.
Keen I have everything crossed for you, plenty of room at the Inn here :flower:
Sheree I hope you are ok, haven't 'seen' you in a while.
Are you next Trish? Your ticker just keeps flying by, I hope you had a great Easter.
Any news on Shazz yet?
I have been feeling little taps since yesterday :cheer: I don't know if it just me, or a combination of IVF pregnancy but I never really let myself believe that I was pregnant. Silly to some maybe, even after all the scans but when I finally felt some movement yesterday I broke down, my poor DH had no idea what was wrong  I guess it hit home that yes I am pregnant & yes there is a baby!
Skye - that is Fantastic news that you have felt your bubba moving about! It must be a wonderful and reassuring experience - I have no doubt I would probably cry too :cryinglaugh: .... anyway here's to much more movement so DH can start to feel it too.
Keen - Just wanted to jump in quickly and wish you all the best for your upcoming BETA. It's soooo your turn. I will have everything crossed that you will be in here with us shortly xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Alicia xxxx
I'm here, thanks for asking Skye. Congrats on feeling the movements, always very reassuring.
Morning ladies.
Alicia - not long for you now.
So ladies our little group is compacting, so Keen it is up to you (not sure who else is due for a beta soon in LTTC) to take a seat here. Fingers crossed hey. The more the merrier I say.
Trish and Justine - not long really for you gals either.
Keen, good luck! I'm already getting excited for you.
Aaaarrrrggghhhh - I know we've still got a bit to go Trish - but we're up next!!!!! Now that freaks me out. We still have some serious renos to do on DS's room before bubs comes.
Keen - I'm [-o< that this is it for you honey. It's definately your turn.
Hi Mel - sounds like you're doing a great job babe. And as for worrying - get used to it - it never stops!
Good to see you Sheree. Not long till scan!! I'm guessing girl only cause we need more of them lol!
Skye - I'm so happy you can feel some knock, knocking. Now you can add worrying when you don't feel anything to the list of the usual neurosis we all have
Hope you're healing nicely Sush and I'm sure Charlie is a little angel. Is DH the doting father you expected? I used to love watching Isaac fall asleep on his papa's stomach, and soon they would both be snoring their heads off. Now he can't wait till he's old enough to mow the lawn for him :cryinglaugh: .
As for me - I'm still enjoying the "honeymoon" trimester. Only one pee stop a night and just backpain to deal with. I am enjoying my new hairlessness on my legs - it's been 2 weeks since I've shaved my legs and you still can't see anything. Usually I'm every 2-3 days. Wish it was the same story "down there". I have some serious maintenance to do before the labour - don't want to lose my little girl in it LOL!!!
Hope everyone else is doing well and had a nice Easter.
Hhmmmm interesting that you should mention hair "down there" Justine. I'm considering getting a brazillan for my c-section but I've never had one before. And I'm not going to let the nurses shave me like they did before. :-k
Sheree LOL - I was wondering about trimming the bushes before a c/s... heard the *****ly regrowth is a real pain, itchy and so annoying ...
(STMI - I end up with ingrown hairs and little pustules too). Then how can see it if belly still overhangs :cryinglaugh:
I wonder if a low bikini wax will suffice :-k ? or do they usually shave the lot off ?
 I have never had abrazillian either but I have stupidly shaved it all off once
I am not guessing gender ? I would be wrong ....but woohoo you don't have long now
Skye - feeling baby move is magic !
Yes - we have to chat a bit once the others are busy at home with new bubs or drag in afew more LTTTC =D> [-o< .
Trish they shave off the top part, maybe 2cm?? Next time I'll be going the brazillian, neater & easier with the lochia afterwards.
Brazilian - OUCH!!! Although I've got heaps of friends that swear by them and say they will never go back. I actually gave the shave a test run last week (as I'm booked in for a c/s) , just the top bit and I don't recommend it at all, I, like Trish, got those nasty little ingrown and the problem is I can't see them to pluck them out........... Had to get DH to do it for me.........Sorry if TMI!!!
Alicia xxxx
Sarah
thanks I didn't think about that but a short trim would do me down there
Has anyone had a brazillan ? do they hurt ?
Ali - you haven't added your details - you are up before Justine & I
LOL you guys crack me up  I went through this when I had my EPU. Wondered whether my regular brazilian would be TMI for the Dr & dreaded what they would say whilst I was under a general. I opted for a short back & sides  Just left a little strip of about 2 cm through the middle iykwim..hard to explain!
Trish I can recommend a fantastic beautician in our area who doesn't hurt much at all...& I am the biggest sook when it comes to pain, also regrowth from a wax is way different from a shave IMO.
Trish - Hadn't even realised that my details weren't up there.... Would like to get a tummy on my avatar too???
So here goes;

:cryinglaugh: Ah ladies youve given me a much needed pick me up today!
I will be in the brazillian camp when the gardening becomes to much hard work. I must admit Ive been a bit slack of late, Im usually smoother than a babys bottom
Ugh So my one or two days of feeling good last week have been ruined by that dang car accident because ever since I have been feeling like every four letter word you can think of! My head aches, my nausea has returned, Im so lethargic and just plain blah. Someone please tell me how to fast forward to September :smt022
Thank goodness you're next Ali - makes me # 3 now - I can cope with that.
Anna - I'm sorry you feel cr@p after the accident. Lucky that no-one was hurt seriously and bubs is OK. Rest up honey.
I found DH's clippers he uses to shave his sideburns. Mmmmm - I may "borrow" them for some clipping of my own.....
hey guys just popping my head in here.
im hoping so hard to be joining you all soon!!!
Anna - hope you are feeling better very soon - :fuming: drivers who are so inpatient and don't observe traffic signals.
Ali - you might need to email the moderator (Sarah ... on front page) for updates now and email or leave a message for Kathryn in platinum for belly on your avatar - I just noticed when you said it LOL -
All this talk of overgrow bushes I can't see mine anymore except in mirror - bet the beauticians have a laugh all the time at the preggie bellies coming in before birth - quick I need this done urgent.
Goodluck Danni ... we need some more bellies in here
Hey Ali - cant believe you are already almost 31 weeks!!! That has FLOWN! And I noticed, just before I read your post that you are missing a preggy belly - cant wait to see it!
Alicia I've added you to the front page. If you want your avatar updated you can email Kathryn at astrolady@bellybelly.com.au
Thanks heaps for updating it for me Sammi!!
I have emailed Kathryn also and look forward to a tummy that resembles mine a little better.
Alicia xxxx
Sal & Kelly happy b'day from me too. :-)
Congrats again Sush, he is a cutie.
Mel, hope the BF gets better & cant wait to see pickies.
Keen, how exciting.
Awesome Skye.
PMSL Justine on maintenance, hehe.
Trish, they used an electric hair trimmer for me & trimmed about 2cm, no itchy regrowth like when shave or ingrowns from waxin (or not yet anyhow), so I'm glad. DH said to the midwife how bout doin the lot, I've been tryin to convince her to do it for yrs & he cracked up, the midwife said lets not go there, hmm think her DH must've been sayin the same, men huh! :-)
Oooh Ali, so ur up next huh. :-)
Shell needs a new avatar too - a baby girl one =D>
Keen, my fingers, toes and eyes are all crossed for you. Best wishes.
Aww, Sush, I echo the others. Charlie is just adorable!!!
Ditto on Charlie being gorgeous Sush!!
Hope you are all well. I too am hoping to join soon...
Love and belly rubs to all
Shez - [-o< for you to be joining us - it is getting a bit quiet in here -
Hi Girls
Wow I've missed you all so much, I've just been trying to do a bit of a catch up on everything.
Yes Sush, wee Charles is absolutely gorgeous - an absolute stunner. I think I had predicted a girl so wrong again!
Keen - Fingers crossed for you hon.
Mel - I had the same prob with BF Noah, sounds like you're doing a great job though and it does eventually come right!
Trish - Wow not long for you now!
All this talk of brazilians is hilarious, I used to get them before I had Noah although it's fully grown back now and even though I had a c-section I'm not keen enough yet to go back for one! Although I managed to get my legs and eyebrows waxed yesterday, they were heinous! So long I rivalled DH's legs...
Well good luck to the upcoming babies and mummies, am thinking of you all.
Hi Amy
lovely you can pop in and catch up.
I tried to have a look at your little guy Noah -but babies online gallery has been shut down -said to remind you to log in
Hi girls
Hope everyone is doing really well!
Just a quick post tonight as I am absolutely exhausted and heading to beddy byes shortly.
I went to the diabetes lady today, she gave me a glucose monitor which I need to test my level twice a day. Nothing to dramatic, just a tiny little ***** and into the machine and it tells me what my levels are. They seem to be ok at the moment, only a tiny bit over what they should be, so everything should be fine.
The great thing is, it seems my diet is pretty good already and I really don't need to change what I am eating. I am even allowed a little bit of chockie here and there...........apparently chocolate is quite low GI...Go figure???!!!
Anyway, will be back to chat more soon
Alicia xxxxxxxxxxxxx
