Possums - I must have been typing when you posted, it can be hard to make decisions initially, esp as all babies are so different. We had a convertible car seat for DD1 and a capsule for DD2, either is good, but I found the capsule a bit heavy to lift in and out of the car all the time, but it is useful if newborn falls asleep and you don't want to risk raking them. Luckily DD1 was such a heavy sleeper she never minded being transferred. Our bedroom is a bit farther away from baby's room and I found the bassinet a lifesaver during the night for the first 3 months. DD1 loved her bassinet and I loved having her closeby, but DD2 preferred her cot at 6 weeks because of her reflux. I finished fulltime work at 33.5 weeks with DD1, I was exhausted (prep teacher), lucky I did too as I had her at 37 weeks! I hope you find what works best for you and bub! Grub - haha thanks for the info, I'm a little concerned about my levels but not sure if I can safely take another supplement with the elevit, will have to check it out! Hope you are managing to get some rest and put your feet up amongst all the nesting. Any day now.......so exciting!!!!! I keep hoping to hear your news when I log on!
Oneday - sorry to hear about your headaches, I have some on and off, sinus maybe, but I would see your GP if they are bothering you. Yay for half way and getting bubs room ready, its so exciting decorating the nursery isn't it!
MH - glad you've found some relief, but ouch it sounds painful! Whoa that is really low, hope your blood pressure has come up! Yum jelly cakes, 5kg is pretty good I think for this far along. Even some of my skinniest friends pack on about 20kg and then it falls straight off after baby, I think I've put on about 6ish or so
Afm - tonight while I fell asleep on the lounge DH did most of the housework, and he had even been up and working at 5.30, he's such a trooper, I feel so bad sometimes but so grateful too!
