Like Miss M, I also have just recently had our beautiful little girl but already have a plan in place for No 2. Also same as Miss M, apart from sharing a birthday with her I'm also on the wrong side of the ideal IVF age (37 next month) so we have decided that unless something happens naturally in the meantime we are going to start the ball rolling for No 2 in Jan 2011, DD will be 14 months old at that time. We are fortunate though as we still have 8 frosties, but if none of these work I don't really fancy going though the whole IVF process again but I think DH would really like to have another one and if we have to go again I know he is willing.

Hopefully we will get success from what is in the freezer, and I wish you luck in your journey to have another baby. I'm sending lots of positive vibes your way so that your journey is short and successful.

Its great to see you back. I've often wondered how you and Jenna are doing.
Good luck with ttc bub #2. I hope its an easier road for you this time round.

We are also wanting to have another bub. Unfortunately I suffered yet another M/C 3 weeks ago at 8 weeks so am waiting to speak with my Ob about the road ahead for us.

I know how you are feeling - I am really starting to seriously think about #2, but dread the process. I am going to start as soon as I can get AF to come back. I hope that it's an easier road for you the second time around.

First off Mako so sorry to hear you had a m/c, you would really think it's time for us all to have a break & get it easy this time hey?

You guys were such a lifeline to me when we were first conceiving but had a lot of trouble with Jenna with always being sick, never wanting to sleep I was just so burnt out in the end & could hardly find 10 minutes in my day that I stopped chatting on bb which I have really missed.

I can't believe we are thinking of going through it all again we must be crazy!!!
I have been off pill for about 6 months but only trying the last two & already the dissappointment has come back nearly as bad as before.

I have made an appoint. to see sp late february as I know I wont be able to emotionally cope with too long trying, I almost feel like at least with treatment we are doing all we can.

To Miss M & Kelly I would maybe start trying now, with what I've heard from others they have fallen pretty quickly just after having bubs (most accidents) something to do with the oven being still warm lol.

I know what you mean Jo. Its only been 5 months since af returned and I promised myself I'd play it cool and not get my hopes up, but still...

I also know of people who have gotten pg straight after having an IVF baby and DH & I have spoken that if we do get pg again so soon then we will take what comes, although I really don't want to get pg too soon as I want to spend some quality time with DD before any possible brothers or sisters turn up seeing she took so long to get here.

It's a catch 22 I suppose, hope it happens naturally or wait and start the whole process again and then pray that it doesn't take as long as the first time.

I've also been told that after having a c/s it is not a good idea to get pregnant too soon as the scar tissue needs time to heal properly.
