    Hi all,
Porsche - Congrats on a great scan! Boo to sites being blocked at work, meanies!!
    Rach - that's great news
DG - are you down to only throwing up once a day yet? I don't know how you've coped!
Yas - sorry you're still bleeding, it's hard to relax even though it seems bubs isn't affected at all. When is your next scan this week?
Mia - how's things? Did you go for the scan to find out the sex on the weekend? How did the ob go the week before? Hey, are you feeling any movement yet? I haven't felt a thing!
Saffy - so pleased to hear you're feeling more positive, yay for getting to see baby again today
Joeve - Yep - 7.30 bedtimes it is for me! Don't fight it

It's great to see so much good news on here. I'm starting to feel better, I'm pretty sure what I had was just gastro. I had really bad diarrhea on the weekend (sorry TMI!) and have barely eaten for almost a week now. But feeling much better today so lets hope it's over. One week until the morphology scan! I'm feeling mostly excited but a little scared too...

    Great news everyone!

I went to my ob today and the baby is looking great for 16w. I even had a quick u/s today which was lovely. My obs was a bit concerned because Im still losing weight and I was already pretty small to begin with. Hopefully I'll start feeling better soon so I can eat properly and put on some weight.

Mich - Glad to hear you are feeling better. I didnt start feeling movements until about 20w with my first, but Im def feeling this baby already. Its so reassuring to get those little kicks, you will just love it. How exciting to have your morph scan next week. You are nearly half way!

Joeve - 7:30pm bed time for me or Im wrecked the day after, lol.

Saffy - Im so happy for you that everything is going well! Absolutely fantastic!!

Porsche - Congrats on your scan!! Wonderful news!

    Ladies

Mich8 - I'm glad you're feeling better, nothing worse then feeling sick and being UTD. Dont worry I'm a little scared too re the morph scan mine is 2 weeks away (29th).
I did go see the Fetal Fotos people who were SO lovely, on saturday, without DH (I didnt tell him cos he's waiting for the Morph scan and would think its a waste of $ to go there also) anyways felt a little guilty but now know I'm having a little girl! I'm keeping it all on the down low until the Morph scan obviously but am SO happy.
The little one was sucking her thumb, very very cute.
I have been feeling like little flicks or flutters not sure how to explain them. I'm sure you'll start feeling her soon too! Its very cute.

Saffy/ Porche, DG and Joeve and any one I missed to you all and glad to hear all of you are tracking well

AFM - pretty much said it all in my msg to Mich8 but just happy and a little anxious re the morph scan but am SO busy at work I dont have much time to think about it so all goes well!
Have been going to baby shops to get prices for all the furniture etc I need for the baby, everything is on sale at the moment so I think I'm going to put things on lay-by and then get it delivered after 3 months Hence why I wanted to find out the gender earlier cos my Morph exam is on the 29th which only leave 1 day of EOFYS shopping! LOL
    Sending you all

DG- 16 weeks, congrats! Every scan is so amazing, even if you've had heaps! I'd love to offer you some of the 7 kilos I've gained, pity it doesn't work like that, ha ha

Mia- oooh a girl- confirmed, congrats! So exciting! How sneaky of you, ha ha. Do you think dh will notice when you start coming home with lots of girly things from the sales? Lol!

Mich8 - LOL I know! hahaha I havent bought much but I did do a little girly clothes shopping in Myer and hid the clothes in my car for now LOL
Apart from that I havent bought anything. My DH bought a little pink lamp awhile ago, cos we were pretty sure it was a girl, but we didnt want to go crazy until the morph scan but I cheated LMAO
Ahhh well he'll be happy and I get to see baby again and get a proper "medical" evaluation on how the baby is doing cos Fetal Fotos dont give you any medical details about the bub at all.

Just thought i would pop in here, Im 39 and this is pregnancy #5, i have two beautiful boys. I hate this waiting and stressing and dr's that keep reminding of my Downs risks with this pregnancy...
Im 9w 4d today and just keep trying to get through each day as it comes.

Does anyone know if there is an pregnancy thread for older mothers? cant seem to find one..

Best of luck to you all, this is such a trying but still exciting time

You are in good company here, the ladies here are all going through or have gone through the same mixed bag of feelings so they're a great support.
I wish you ALL the very best with this little one and sending you

It's a great bunch here! Congrats on being 9 and a half weeks! Hopefully your 12 week scan brings great news and you can relax a little. Not sure about an older mums thread but I know there's some ladies around your age on here

Hi Maruschke where have you been? I missed you, hope all is well xx

Welcome treelo ( even tho I know you from Bellybelly group), I also was thinking a pregnancy for older mothers group would be good. Anyway we can chat to each each other in our threads about our 'issues' lol. I just found out my obstetrican had a baby at age 40 ( premmie at 30 wks with bad preeclampsia) so I am glad she will understand all my stress.

AFM-even though I said I was against it, I have a doppler at home and have been listening to the HB, which has been more reassuring than I thought. I don't think I will keep it beyond next week but it was good for a play around ( I 'borrowed' it from work). I think I am starting to show as well, although with the amount I have been eating it may just be a fat belly. Also finally finished my progesterone- hooray-good riddance!

Took a month off BB but I'm back now. Soooo happy to see you have a sticky bub on board! You must be really looking forward to the NT scan.

And Joeve!!!!! Well done! Congrats on the sticky BFP . I was stoked to see you in here too.
