Cheshire~ Thank you for the good luck wishes starting to get really nervous about my GP appointment not really understanding why though, lol. Thinking maybe I think this is not all real with being PG again IYKWIM. Hope everything is going well for you.

The Mrs~ Thank you for the congrats darl, I don't blame you for being bummed about the no scan, I would be beside my self with anticipation waiting. Good Luck maybe you can try and talk to your GP and persuade him otherwise darl.

Melster~ Thank you and congrats on your little bundle of joy arriving here safely darl.

Indias Mum ~ I had GD with my DD thankfully it was also controlled by diet alone not that it helped as every craving I had was for very sugary sweet things, it was torture at the time but well worth it so I didn't have to have the needles. My OB had me checked for Diabetes for recurrent MC but thankfully it came back clear. I was pretty happy with the response I got from my FS seeing as though I haven't even had my first appointment with him as yet. I am also hoping and praying that this PG goes from strength to strength darl, FX.

Damprye~ Hoping they never kept you at the hospital darl, hope everything went well for you at your scan if you have already had it darl if not, thinking of you and praying you get the results you want.

AFM~ Still feeling pretty tired seems to be in the afternoons when I could just curl up and have a snooze, still having times where I feel a little off and also having some AF cramps today as well and some tight feelings in my lower belly, hoping and praying that these are normal. I so don't want to lose this bub, please please please be our bring home baby.

Cheshire- Yeah, I used to, used to be in my sig. Will totally be doing quick updates via my phone lol. Think I'll start a thread when I go into full blown labour so I can constantly update in the one place between contractions lol. Will also help me write my birth story at a later date

Clairesmummy- FX that it is just all normal

AFM- Thanks to everyone for you well wishes A lot more relaxed now. If things hadn't have gone well, bub would have either been coming today or next week but thankfully I get to do more cooking At 3kgs (6lb6oz) there is definitely no growth problem as they thought. Fluids are still low but will be having weekly scans to keep an eye on it and bub,s kidneys are all fixed Can't believe that bub is already bigger than what some of my friends have had at full term lol. Got told I'll be giving my friend's 9lb8oz bub a run for it's money if I get to term lol. If fluids get too low, they will induce me, as well as if bub gets too big, although, I have to agree to being induced and unless bub hits an estimated 10pounds, I'm happy to keep going

At 34 weeks they predicted DS would be over 9lbs - my Ob disagreed and said baby didn't feel that big, he reckoned 8-8.5. Scan was right! We had a 9lb2oz DS But the scans generally have a 10% error margin, depends where they measure too. Given where I'm getting kicks from this little one already (halfway to my ribs!) I am predicting a big 'un.

Damp - glad baby's growing well, hope the fluid levels stay ok and bubs can stay inside for a whole lot longer

Clairesmummy - I have all my fingers and toes crossed for a sticky bub for you - I had some weird crampy feelings with this bub too and was paranoid, but it was just the stretching starting it's the same for you! I'm 23 weeks now btw

IM - how did your BSLs go with the chocolate cake? Hope you managed to keep it under control

Sorry, memory fails for other persies

We've all got colds in our house at the moment, so waiting for the sore throat to go away - DS seems to be on the improve and DH and I are still just keeping on keeping on.

I'm approaching EDD for our angel (5 August). It's weird to still think about it when I've got a healthy bub on board, but still it's just there in my mind. I remain paranoid about bringing this baby home, having weird thoughts about having a stillbirth or going into too early labour. I'm sorry to bring up my paranoia, but I just don't seem to be able to totally relax like I did with DS. Does the shine go out of pregnancy or is it my imagination? It's not like I've had a late loss or even recurrent miscarriages. Maybe I'm just weird. I haven't been able to name this baby - even the name we picked has lost its shine too. I am struggling to get things set up - I'm doing it, but not too much, just enough to be ready just in case.
