Devon: My scan is on the same day as you! Can't wait to see jelly bean again!~

Antheia: I don't think I have felt movement yet either, but I don't know what I am looking for as it is my 1st, it moves but I reckon is only stretching pains...I don't know really. I hope you get movements soon, actually I hope we BOTH do Just hang in there!

I think it depends where the placenta is, do you know?? I have been feeling tiny flutters for the past week and daily for the last few days and was told at my scan that the placenta was anterior but up the top. Which makes sense coz the flutters I'm feeling are low down.

    Damn about the posterior thing

I dunno, they just said it was anterior. Honestly, i probably can feel movement cause every day or so i feel something but im just passing it off as gas cause my tummy is always rumbling. Who knows.

I'm not so much worried about bub being posterior because DS was up until i started pushing him out and then he suddenly turned. I was more worried if it would be breech or not.

Nah don't stress about breech, it's just posterior positioning that's associated with an anterior placenta.

    Hi Antheia,

I had posterior placentas with #1 and #2, but was anterior with #3. Just like you I was worried about movements, as I had felt the others very early (approx 14 weeks). I had to rely on doppler and ultrasound for quite a long time. In fact when I did start feeling occasional movements, there were times when I didn't feel much at all if anything - so I was a regular at the OB seeking assurance.

    Hope everything is progressing well.
