The classes at the Forum (the Uni) cater for pregnant women. They just explain low impact options and you just go at a pace that suits you. I haven't actually done them since becoming pregnant but there are always one or two other pregnant ladies in the class. They have pool noodles to use for bouyancy so you don't have to worry about not fitting into one of the bouyancy vests. They have classes of a morning and evening.

Has anyone tried the pregnancy exercise classes run by Kirsten @ Gateshead?

    Cheers, Joe

Hi, My name is Tania and I am also in Newcastle, I am 23 weeks and am expecting twins, so I also need to do gentle aqua. I am about to begin mine on Monday 13-2-12 at Coughlans swim centre at Warners Bay at 9am and the cost is $7. Hope this was helpful.

Hi Mich, i am doing aqua zumba at kurri wed nights at 6.15pm it is really good, pretty gentle, even given the zumba moves lol it's $6.10 per session for 45mins. the instructor is pregnant too.
