Aquamums

I hope this in't against the rules but I just had to share how fantastic my Aquamums class was today

I did the class at Kings Club in Cheltenham and it was so great. A really good workout and some lovely relaxing stretches and floating at the end. We were all bobbing around like beaches whales!!!

By the way looks like my ticker didn't work - cannot work out how to do this. If anyone can tell m how to fix this it would be most appreciated.

I did aquamums during my first pregnancy and loved it! Nice warm water is so relaxing.
