We went to a friends wedding in NSW & then for 2 weeks in Tassie. I took a pillow to sleep with between my knees, and waddled an awful lot.
I still did a lot of active stuff, the most gruelling was a tie between the 3 hour walk to Montezuma Falls in Rosebery, or the 3 hour hike in Cradle Mountain. Depending on your pain levels, try to stick to flat ground! Actually, I think walking around Sydney was the most painful. The nice scenery was a great distraction in Tassie.
Now that I'm at the business end of the season (5 weeks to go!!), my SPD has gotten worse (actually, it's about the same as it was for the babymoon in Feb), so I have swapped the thin pillow for a fat, but very soft pillow for my knees & it seems to be helping.
Try doing things that involve lots of sitting down, or chances to sit down. & don't be bashful about having a rest. You'll only hurt yourself by being a hero.
Have an awesome time!!

Especially if you go somewhere that has like a health spa or something, because a massage in late pregnancy is just awesome
