    Question Colostrum at 18wks???

    Hi girls- (warning TMI)

So today i was just having a feel around, checking boobies for changes etc...
Anyway, when i squeezed my nipple, little dots of yellow and clear liquid seeped out!!
I have heard this yellowish clear liquid is called colostrum however im wondering can it be coming in this early?
    Has anyone else had this?

Yep, I've had it from about 16weeks or so

I leak quite a bit now, not enough to go through my clothes but its annoying all the same. I need to invest in some breast pads I think

I usually get it around 17 weeks but got it at 24 weeks with this bub. It is perfectly normal to get it at 18 weeks. Enjoy your new change to your body

Yep normal, I had it from 14 weeks. lol. It got really heavy towards the end, wearing a bra helped but I also needed breast pads right at the end.

My LC said to be careful expressing too early, as it can lead to some contractions. She's got me not expressing 3 times / day and collecting & freezing it.
