    You don't have to change your diet for the dreaded blockage to happen! I have always had a Very high fiber diet, and I blocked up out of the blue. No warning at all. Lasted a full seven days. (ouch). Now, (like I said before), I avoid cheese, and chocolate. (luckily I'm not big on chockys anyway!
    Good luck to all of you with this dastardly problem.

    I too have been constipated but end up with the runs a few days later because I havent been able to pass it. Its terrible
    I am drinking lots of water and nothing seems to assist. I was the same with DS though.

    Not to sound cute (or get sued for libel, either), but do you have Taco Bell fast food restaurants where you live? Eating there clears me out.

    The other thing that works for me when prunes dont work is coffee and a piece of chocolate cake. If I have them seperately they stop me up, but for some reason when I have them together...
