My mother makes a beeswax, olive oil, propolis, honey-based cream that she sells at local markets and I used it during and after my first pregnancy - it has a multitude of uses and it was just brilliant in conditioning and protecting my nipples. I even used it for a bum cream for DS, as well as lip balm for me among other uses.
