I use an affirmation track from my hypnobabies program which includes feeling beautiful with the changes my body is making. I've struggled with the weight/size issue, especially when I just looked fat, not pregnant. My DH thinks I'm sexy, so that helps a lot. Getting some nice maternity clothes has helped as well. Focusing on nurturing baby helps, as does some basic exercise.
As for the arse - it's just fat storage to feed baby. I've been building mine up for years
