    I have struggled all my pregnancy with this! I lost 30 kilos before getting pregnant, I finally at the age of 31 was happy with my body, then getting pregnant put a huge spanner in the system for me, I watch the number on the scales go up and keep thinking of all my lost hard work!!
    Dh actually took the scales off me, however I have got to a point where I can look in the mirror and think I am beautiful, maybe not how I imagined I would look but my dh thinks I'm gorgeous and to me that us the main thing.

    Stay active as long as you can, I'm 34 weeks and still walk 5-7 klm a day, if I miss my walk that's when I feel sluggish and yucky!!!

    what I do is wear my beautiful dresses, so I will feel beautiful. And others would praise my looks that could make me smile. I also wear my make up. I also have lack of exercise. I want to be physically fit. But luckily I'm not getting very fat

    I am still going to fitness class and you are so right it DOES help!
    I am going to try and go for as long as it's comfortable.
