Great ideas there tashy. I am still going to training twice a week, which I am pleased about & I do believe in positive affirmations too.
Knowing what it's like to experience depression, I know the signs and won't alow myself to get "pulled down" at least without a fight!
Peach, as I am working full time, getting dressed up is not a prob at this stage. I do think I might need a little revamp of the wardrobe tho, maybe a few pretty things for the weekends and to sleep in would be nice!
I also think I probably need a little "slap in the face". I am 37 after all, having my first bubba! Can't fight what the body is doing naturally!
