ham, salami, devon etc unless it's cooked and piping hot.

if you google 'guidelines for the the control of listeria in hospital food service' a good fact sheet comes up by cci group. fritz is listed as high risk for listeria contamination. I wouldn't eat it personally

even though i didn't get the answer i wanted (and didn't really think i would)... thank you .... I didn't eat any fritz yesterday (woohoo to self control)

i'll just wait til I get another food craving that i can have.

only 23 more weeks til i can eat ham, fritz, camembert, kabana YUM YUM YUM :P
