    i just spoke to DH, he used to work as a floor sander/polisher.
    he said the 2 pac stuff (which is the stuff that we had our house done in before he went into that line of work) is the old school stuff and is VERY VERY strong, he recommended at least a week before going in there, but he said the water based one is much better and looks a whole lot nicer (this is the one he wishes he had the house done in) and isnt quite as strong, of course no matter which way you go, there will def be fumes tho.

    I remembered the name! it's been bugging me all morning. We used "Cabot's All Clear" (water based) when we did the floors. i love the old hardwood floors, i renovated a 100+ house and took up carpet and lino and found the most amazing raw wood floors.
