Yes it totally sucks! I've only been going once a week for over a month and the volume is not even worth going at all! But I'm now getting totally stressed about it and I'm freaking out.
I've added extra fruit to my diet (I had been slack) at least two kiwi fruit a day and a pear. I was trying pear juice which worked a while. I'm just so bloated and uncomfortable.
Years of eating disorder gave me terrible bowel issues but when pg with DS I was going twice a day! I thought of was the best thing ever for my bowel lol. This pg can not be further from the truth now
Last night I made a batch of lentil and veg soup to have this week for lunch and I'm going to get some prunes today. But will I over do it? I've heard you can do the opposite! My ob said to have Metamucil and lots of water. I'm yet to try this. Should I do this first? The chemist gave me benefibre before I contacted my ob.
Been up since 4am with bloating! And now I have Roids! Oh the joys.
