    Head Down, advice??

Beez is head down. I've only experienced this once during this pregnancy and never during DDs (breech from 20w).

He's posterior and my back and 'downstairs' hurts. And also a bit of bowel pressure. s/he's hard against my back and I feel like I need my thighs apart (lying in bed).
He's also pressing his/her hands against my tummy and it tickles, lol.

How soon before he's head down all the time? I'm 25+3.

Is there anything I can do to relieve myself a bit? Get him/her out of my back, or turn anterior?

I know it's not a issue at this gestation, but it's bloody uncomfortable!!

Probably not what you want to hear but Miss K was posterior my entire pregnancy, she was breech until about 32 weeks and never turned, not even in labour. I will say that if you are going for your VBAC i would do lots of things to try turn bub around as posterior labour/birth freaking hurts! Google spinning babies.

Its not an issue right now as the baby can just go back to being head down.

You could try the spinning babies website for bubs position, although I'm not sure how successful it would be this early, but you could give it a whirl. Lots of leaning over a fitball on your hands and knees As for being engaged...there's no set time, really. DD was engaged from about 27 weeks and didn't seem to budge at all, whereas I know of people whose bubs are floating high right until they're in labour.

Thats true. Miss K was (im not sure what the term they use is) not fully engaged until im guessing right before she was born. She bobbed on my pubic bone for months, argh it hurt so much!! I constantly had pressure down low.
