Probably not what you want to hear but Miss K was posterior my entire pregnancy, she was breech until about 32 weeks and never turned, not even in labour. I will say that if you are going for your VBAC i would do lots of things to try turn bub around as posterior labour/birth freaking hurts! Google spinning babies.

Its not an issue right now as the baby can just go back to being head down.
