Yes thats sounds like a good idea. I really don't want to continue to put on a kilo a week for the next 13weeks. Carbs and sugar are my down fall. DH got given several boxes of mars bars, snikkers etc before Christmas (about 100 in each box) and I've been averaging 1-2daily for over a month. Unless I'm pregnant I don't even like chocolate. Its got to stop as its so unhealthy and I know how hard its going to be to chance the habits with a new bub and my sister has just said I'm her bridesmaid this year and I have a good excuse to loose some preg weight once bub arrives![]()
