agreed..
im sick of it. hubby even said i didnt think you were using pads at the moment since your not broken every 4 weeks when i bought some last shop, i said well um it gets a bit messy down there some times with extra stuff and the bladder aint as good as it used to be he said " oh ok" and left it at that lol
i HATE the discharge i get all the time its gross. once had urine come out when she kicked me hard and that was embarrassing.
I hear ya.
I have found Poise panty liners to be quite good. They are a thicker than normal panty liners but are designed to absorb urine. (Made by the same people who make the incontinence pads.) They are not bulky and uncomfortable and one usually lasts me the day.
I too was over the strong wee smell, discharge and changing my knickers half a dozen times a day. Its hard enough putting them on the morning now let alone having to change them all day!!Oh the joys of being the fairer sex.
Give them a go, I recommend them.
Yeah, I'm leaking cm as well, and it's a PITA. I never knew I'd spend so much of my pregnancy wearing liners and even pads to try and keep dry. It's gross, inconvenient, annoying and embarrassing. Blegh.
ETA: the Poise ones are my recommendation too.
If men got pregnant, they'd have developed a cure by now...![]()
im very open and honest with hubbie about stuff like that so he all good with it i take spare undies put with me when i got out.
SCHMICKERS you jerk LOL! god that made me laugh..
yes the discharge and wee thing is grosse.. The worst part is running out of liners in the middle of the night! With my pg to DS I sneezed once and had a lil mess on the floor at 39 weeks.. luckily I was home alone and we had wooden floors at the time which made for easy clean up but ew it was grosse! Hasnt happened this time round... yet..
I don't remember having too much of a prob with it with DS, but like everything, this time round is a whole nother story... it's like my stomach muscles just knew I was preggers so gave way within weeks to let the belly happen, and the bladder and pelvic floor just went "ok, here we go again, we'll just let it out as it comes in for you"... and we're only half way! Definitely thinking we won't do this again!
Oh gosh. I just found this thread - this hasn't happened to me! Is it something I should expect, or is it more of a second pregnancy thing??
