i get itchy nipples too, and i have made them bleed on a few occasions, I find that putting some really creamy thick moisturiser on them each morning and night really helps, also don't wear lacy bras and don't use soap on them in the shower, maybe try a hypo-allergenic body wach from the chemist like QV, that helps too.
