I think for your own peace of mind I would call your care provider. Are you seeing a private OB or seeing the midwifes at your hossy? If it was me I would just go into the materinty unit I am booked into & ask for a quick check. Let them know you have been keeping track & its worryin gyou.

Chances are bubs has just found a nice cozy spot & is resting up. But worring can be stressful so IMO is worth getting checked.

Some people also say to have a really cold drink then lay down & that usually gets bubs moving.

I think FJ is spot on - have a cold drink and lie down for a while and if that doesn't get your little one moving contact your care provider and tell them that you're coming in for monitering.

    Ditto above.

If you have been busy you sometimes don't notice the movements. Also, bubs have quiet times too.
But if you are concerned do take a trip to the maternity ward of the hospital which you will be birthing in.
Cold drinks, eating ice and chocs all gets bubs moving. Lie down and concentrate on your belly!

    Ditto what everyone else said.

A slurpee is ideal if you are going to try the cold drink option.

Small movements are fine by the way so I'm sure you are worrying for nothing.
