I'm 19 weeks pregnant and it seems like I am still peeing a lot more than normal especially at night. I was tested for a UTI which came back clear and mentioned it to the midwife and dr but they couldn't see any reason for it.. Does anyone else find this in the second trimester?
In the second tri You start excreting for the baby (who starts to drink and wee amniotic fluid) as well as increased pressure on your bladder, so it makes sense you would wee more.
I don't pay much attention anymore, but yes I'm starting to be up twice a night for wee. It's good practice for the baby!
I think if a uti has been ruled out, there isn't anything to worry about.
