numb hip

Well this morning i woke up at about 6am with a numb hip, it was a weird feeling as it was numb on the outside and really achy on the inside.
Hard to explain, im geussing i slept on a nerve or something, but thought i would share with you.

yep- I get the same thing too!
its like I get a 'dead' hip- goes numb and then pins and needles- and takes a while for it to feel normal!
