Hi from what i've read it will be due to a combination of your homones plus your skin stretching. Approx 20% of women will experience this. However approx 66% of us will experience red and itchy palms of hands and soles of feet which is due to the amount of oestrogen in our bodies.

If you have a bath try having warm oatmeal bath which should help ease the symptoms. Not too hot as this will increase the itch. Some chemists sell pre-packaged but if you can't get that then simply use oatmeal flakes wrapped in muslin square.

I can also remember my mother added baking soda to the bathwater when I had been bitten by insects as a child and this also reduced the itch. I think it is also an old fashioned rememdy for when kids had chicken pox to stop the itch.

Hope one of these work.

I find that it is underneath my boobs that are itchy and sweaty but have put this down to their increased size and increased blood flow as they ready themselves to be food factories in a few months time
