    Oh thanks all for your replies! I went to my appointment today at the hospital but they said they just think it's hiccups - not much help.

    So i thought i'd wait because my OB appointment is 2moro at 4pm and he'll probably be able to delve into it a bit deeper and listen to yet another worried pregnant woman!!!

    She's calmed down a lot today thank goodness, still got the jolts but not as much... maybe she is just bored!

    Thanks again everyone for all of your help, i will post again 2moro when i know more!

    i would let my gp know because that is included in the list of things when you should inform your hospital, midwife or your gp. if you are concerned about less movements or heaps of movements or anything different, contact your gp or midwife. i hope everything is fine. id let them check you. at least they have the facility to check your baby like ultrasound, etc. good luck
