I'm the same Rach and asked my SIL who is a MW yesterday and she said it is fine. If there is any problems you will know apparently. I asked this question here some time ago and everyone said it is ok and that you just 'know' if something's not right. I try and sleep on my left side, have a pillow between my legs and sort of under my belly and one right behind me but I still end up on my back. It does ache if I have been in that position for a while and baby starts moving quite a bit once I get up for a wee and go back to bed on my side. Kept me awake last night for ages as I was enjoying feeling baby moveMy placenta is anterior so I dont feel much during the day usually.
