Have you looked at a Phil & Teds? They are quite light, fold down small for the car, go flat for the newborn position & have an optional toddler seat for later. I was told by sales person that they are the safest 3 wheeler on the market (weighted so that they won't tip etc). I have 3 friends who have gone with a Phil & Teds who RAVE about it. I've ended up buying one too.

yeah i agree with ali's belly buddy in that i have mine always set up by the front door and we use it for walking the dog, and walking to the shops etc. It's much better for going over grass and roads etc.

I also TOTALLY agree with Kiki because i also think it is the safest and most comfortable pram for the baby and that was my TOP priority especially when bubs was still small (not sitting up), and that is the reason why i will use it again with #2. Having said that, I imagine that i will be carrying #2 in the peanut shell sling i just bought and probably have DS in his stroller. I personally think the four big wheels and the suspension make this pram way better than any 3 wheel prams i have ever seen - and i did look at quite a lot
