I think it would be fine but probably would steer clear in the future - more so for stress levels! The risk would be extremely minimal I believe.
Just for a bit more info:
Ricotta and feta are both not okay to eat in pregnancy due to Listeria. It is irrelevant if they are pasturised. It is the ph content of the cheeses which encourage the listeria bacteria. Pasturised cheese does still contain listeria if the ph content is correct. I personally have seen a case of listeria contracted (suspectedly) from ricotta cheese.

Cooking at a sustained temperature will kill the listeria bacteria. So eating these cheeses cooked is fine.
