Hi runnermum

I ran a half marathon in April and didn't do much running in the early stages of pregnancy (probably from weeks 6 - 12) due to exhaustion and m/s. Have just started back this past week with 20 minutes three days per week. I quite enjoy when I can get out for a run (am 13 weeks now) - it really does make me feel much better. The only issue I have is that I get a bit tired and extremely hungry the next day. I'm not trying to push it though - just taking it easy and listening to how I am feeling. I will probably try to build it up to 3 - 4km 3 -4 times per week (am probably only doing 2km at the moment - just slowly taking it easy). we will see how long I can keep going for.

I'm not much of a swimming an though.
