I forgot to mention that I'm also breastfeeding my 19 month old daughter, so I probably need to eat extra calories, but I'm feeling good just mostly eating the same as ever- plenty of fresh fruit, veg, porridge, but I have increased my carbs- more pasta, wholegrain bread- just because that's what my body seems to want. I wonder how big I'll finish up this time....I found it so hard to shift the weight after- it took me a year to lose the final 6 kgs!
