Hi All,

I am wondering at what stage I should avoid sleeping on my back? I cant remember from DS when they recommend not laying on your back. From memory is is about restricting blood flow isnt it?

I am finding sleeping on my side (which I usually do) becoming more uncomfortable - even with a pillow. I have a reasonable sized belly (everyone tells me I am huge and carrying low and therefore its a girl for sure this time etc etc) and I am fit and active but getting pain and aching in my lower belly towards the end of the day, which is all normal too I think.

I am just finding sleep difficult (son still gets me up usually twice a night) and getting back to sleep is hard, on my bask is more comfortable now...

Any thoughts?? Recommendations??
