I can highly recommend a full length body pillow-- I LURRVE MINE!! It's great to lift your belly off the bed or "throw a leg over". DH calls it my boyfriend but I know he secretly cuddles up to it when I'm not in there. Without it I would not be sleeping anywhere near as well as I am-- I was a tummy sleeper. Hope you find something that works for you.

Like Hope, I loved my full length body pillow during my pregnancy.
I had a major problem sleeping during a large part of my pregnancy and found different things worked at different times. The body pillow, a warm shower/bath half an hour before bed, regular gentle exercise, massage from DH, eliminating ALL caffeine from my diet (ok, that one lasted a day ), relaxation techniques such as guided imagery.
