    Unhappy So tired!!!!

I can't sleep. I not only get up a couple of times a night (for the bathroom of course)but I'm awake heaps more. I don't know why, and I don't always need to go to the bathroom. I'm just awake. And it's getting ridiculous. I haven't had a full nights sleep since I fell pregnant and it's starting to show.

I'm just so tired and not getting any rest. Does anyone know what I can do/take that is safe and can help me get a good nights sleep?

I'm averaging about 4 hours of broken sleep a night.

have you tried stacking heaps of pillows around you in bed? that seems to have worked for me, and yoga before bed is good for sleep too. Also little things like what time you have dinner, what you drink of an evening and even when you shower can make a difference! I found eating chocolate after dinner was keeping me awake at night, so now i have any sweet treats in the morning! =D

Good luck, i've only just started sleeping better in the last few days so i know your frustration!! The pillows make a massive difference to my night.

I've got a proper belly pillow that suited me well enough with DD. Re food, I generally eat with DD at 6:30 so early enough that it shouldn't be interupting my sleep. I can think of nothing that I have changed (or not changed for that matter) that could be causing this insomnia.

I even tried to have a sleep this afternoon because I was so beat. I slept for 10 minutes and then woke up grrrr. Didn't get back to sleep either.

Me too!!!! I am just awake all night! Cannot get back to sleep if I wake up and it takes like 2 hours to actually fall asleep!
I get so upset at night because I am sick of not being able to get a good nights sleep !
I am going to try to get a relaxation cd, some lavender stuff (even tho I'm not really a fan) n see if they help even a little.

I hope we can both start sleeping before our bubs come!! I don't want to be all tired and upset when she does come just cause I haven't slept for 9 mths!!
    Good luck sweet!
