    They use the soft serve to thicken the milkshakes. Not a great idea.
    I know it's not quite the same thing, but why not make yourself milkshakes at home with a good extra dollop of ice-cream?

    Pearl - yes, thickshakes just as bad, so are the new fruit smoothies. They have the soft serve in them too - just stick to fries !!!!

    This is why I'm so glad Maccas is around the corner from the hospital! It's the first thing I want to eat afterwards. Followed by smoked salmon.
