Thank you ladies, i'm so glad to hear that i'm not the only one with the problem. I'll talk to the doc next visit, but by the sounds of it there isn't much that can be done. Thank you again xx
hi tellytubby,
i experienced the same sort of pain after DTD on the weekend. thorbbing is how i'd describe it. I just figured its all that blood rushing around that area.
but one thing i've done to relieve my sore swollen bits is buy mens unides. after a week of stealing DHs i got four pairs of my own and wear them everywhere (except for work).
I just found the ladies undies very restrictive and cut into me but the mens has "ball room" lol just right for a preggie lady!
also glad to hear i ain't alone with this problem.although i seem to be not as far along as some of you other girls eeeekkk.
i have the same thing at the moment.
I also have hemeroids tho.. which are unpleasant. They arent bad at the moment, i got some meds from doc, but i have to be careful not to strain when on the loo and all that.
When DH and i DTD, afterwards, i get so swollen down there, and it aches and throbs i have to sit or lie down. It goes away after awhile, tho as you can imagine DH isnt gettin any where near as much as he would like
My doc said it will all go away, its just one of those joys
i wont let DH see down there, he tells me he really doesnt care what it looks like, and all of me is always beautiful (pft) hehe but still, i dont want him to be grossed out
I had that in my third trimester with DD1 and was told at the hospital that it was a stage of thrush that only appears that way in pregnancy and to hold on (as I was 42 weeks pregnant). It went away after birth... but I noticed it around 35 weeks and it came and went until I finally had someone check it when they were checking to see where my cervix was....
Just had to reply to this thread - I've been hoping someone else is having issues...
I commented to DH on the weekend that my vagina looked huge... He said, OMG!! You're growing another one!! He's wonderful isn't he?? No sympathy off him! LOL Told my mum and she laughed too. She said I ought to just count myself lucky that I don't have varicose veins (yet) like she did.
