Yeah its so hard between the 12 week and 19 week scan, the morning sickness has died down but bub generally isn't kicking very consistently or very hard, and there isn't a midwife appointment between 12 and 20 weeks to reassure you (well wasn't for me...) so it can be a very nerve racking time wondering if everything is ok.
I'm sure bub will be fine! Try to relax, don't worry too much, and enjoy your pregnancy (before it all becomes too much LOL!).
I know exactly how you're feeling. It is really hard to wait that long between scans, especially when you just don't 'feel' pregnant. I'm 22 weeks now and still don't look pregnant at all, but bubs measures perfect and healthy - so don't worry if you don't have much of a belly yet. Don't worry about not feeling movements yet either. I only started feeling movements around 20-21 weeks. I know it's a hard, long wait - but I'm sure everything will be fine with your bub! Good luck!
if i wasnt all swollen and fat and getting kicked i STILL wouldnt believe im pregnant and ive only got 4 weeks to go!. im a huge believer in ill believe it when i see it! i felt the same as u. I have my first scan at 12 weeks and the next one at 19 weeks. I was also freaking. But everything was just fine and u will be suprized how much they are moving around in there even when u cant feel it.

It is natural to feel nervous I think. Maybe because you arent experiencing any symptoms you could ask your doctor to use the doppler so you can hear the heart beat when you visit. I thinkyou can even hire or buy these as well.
