I was actually thinking bout this yesterday, as i am showing, but not exactly huge, and i noticed yesterday in coles that i was waddling, doing the typical pregnant walk.

It got me thinking, i thought maybe i was just doing it as a habit, because im pregnant, or is it my body actually telling me something.

Im pretty sure its just the extra weight on the front of my stomach thats making me lean back, and the legs wider apart when i walk.

ah well, hopefully all is ok, i hope people look at me as though im pregnant and not that ive just done a poopie in my pants or anyything.

I remember being told the first time I was pregnant - do all you can to avoiding waddling. Its bad for your posture and you need to ensure you keep good posture with relaxins rushing through your body softening everything up.

I will admit it is actually hardest to do after you have had the baby.. Oh the back pain - its so bad, and you need to fight to keep it straight. I got lazy when i got pg again so soon and ended up giving myself some rather extreme scoliosis - my spine curved inwards by around 20cms. The chrio didnt hold out much hope - I had to stop seeing him when i got pg with Lyta anyway because I couldnt afford to go anymore. Had to quit because of the HG.

Hoping I have managed to undo some of that damage this time round! It sure feels like it. The indent in my back doesnt feel as big anymore. Still not looking forward to that back pain though.
