I put on 30 kilos with Milo.![]()
I put on 2kilos in the first trimester, and about a kilo a week after that.
I've put on about 5 kg so far - but I put on 2.5 of that before I even hit 10 wks.
I used to do a lot of physical activity, but was so tired in the first trimester and now getting pelvic pain that I'm pretty slack. Going for a bike ride in the morning though, should make me feel a bit more normal! It's weird having fat deposits where I never used to have them before - but hey it is there for a purpose!
